Shipping

Orders are generally packaged and shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. We care about the global footprint and most products are therefore made on demand after you place your order. Should an order take more than 3 business days to create and ship you will receive an email with a new estimated delivery date.

The standard delivery time is 2 - 8 business days in Canada and 8-13 business days to the US.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within Canada and to US. Our business is operated from Canada so if you as a US customer is ordering, you will be responsible for any customs/duties/taxes before delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the information to become available. 

 

It has been 10 days and I have not received my order yet, what do I do?

If you haven't received your order within 10 days, please contact us at contact@alldaykind.com with your name and email address and we will be happy to look into it for you.
